any way its commercial aprox 2 hours work 1 man £60 every two week thought i priced it high but with som of those prices maybe two low ???

I wish you had put the frequency on the original post as that can make a huge difference.  Also, regarding insides, youi have to allow more time usually as there are all sorts of things that can get in the way (desks, blinds, computer equipment).  If that really will only take two hours and if it can be done out of hours, then £60 may well be OK.  My attempted quotation was based on it being an infrequent clean, having to work around stuff on the inside, and generally taking a lot longer than two hours.
I think maybe this highlights the importance of actually posting pictures when asking for pricing suggestions.
