sodium hypochlorite

Hi
What strength of hypochlorite is used for stone cleaning and can anyone let me know of a supplier. A neighbour of where I was working yesterday asked me about brightening her stone steps to match the rest of the stonework. She has tried pressure washing and acid. I told her hypochlorite might do it. Have pics but never been able to download to this site.
