Been asked to quote on a weekly office clean that will be either 75 sq/m or 100 sq/m. Never been asked to quote per sq/m. Obviously it depends on other factors, but anyone give me any clues on how much to charge per sq/m?

I would not want to quote by sq/m as there are too many factors involved. Better to see the job and price by time etc, also would not want customer telling me how to price my work.

As above, go and see the job and see how long it would take to clean and then forward a quotation.

That's what I intend to do on Monday. I just wondered if anyone had ever quoted by the sq/m or had any idea what an average price for something that size would be.
