cheers nick that real nice of you 2 offer but i've used wfp a few time b4 with my previous employer so ive kinda seen the nuts and bolts of it b4. what i'm after is seeing what diffrence there is if any with a trolley system. also what the finish is like. i'm keen on buying one say the freedom one but dont want to pay out all that money to find the finish is pants and not worth it. you know how bad our water is down here, do you find with your van mount that your left with less that aceptable finnish?

007 or what

The finish will be the same if your water is pure, i dont really know how a trolly is set up i.e does it have a DI on the trolly?  If it does your water will be pure (does that make sense)
will you be running your set up out of a car or van?

I'm surprised you are looking at getting a wfp system of any kind at all when you think that wfp may be banned ;D ;D ;D

Mr. D I am afraid there is no WFP supplies in Dorset

Remember WFP does do a bad job! its the operator, and that will take time to learn (like any tool of trade)

Your need a RO system down here

There is a place ferndown that sells resin but thats about it.

If I was doing it again I would take a day off(or even a couple if the weather was nice) and go and see Alex at Gardiners. I will probably get slaughtered now for being an Alex worshipper!!

If you've got a decent round already then I wouldn't worry about spending a couple of grand more and getting sorted from day one instead of messing around with DIY.
If you've got plenty of spare time then try the DIY route.
