Waste water, any brush, job done.

There is no need to complicate things.   Isoprop...no.....pure water.....not needed unless you are cleaning the windows afterwards (if there are any).

he is offline mate but he makes a good point
try a safe or non caustic tfr through pump and should be ok the vanes are pretty tough
cladding usually comes up good with no real bother in my exp
mostly i have done garages and light industrial units
use an adaptor and mains water to rinse it
pure water on any windows under after if they are regulars

How high do you need to go?
I've done a bit of cladding cleaning, and in my experience if it can be done with a powerwasher it will take less than half the hours to complete the job. The only problem is that the extension lances aren't really practical much above 20' high, so we normally WFP the higher stuff (With plain tap water,.. perhaps a bit of GG3 direct on the brush if it's really bad) and powerwash anything we can reach with the long lance.

If its a big job, the time saved would probably cover the cost of hiring the gear?

007 or what

Do not put a mixture of tfr and water through your systerm

I did just as i was about to start a large cladding job, the bubbles that the mixture create's blocked up the connection between micro bore and pole hose  :'( It was a nightmare i had to take the end off the micro bore and let it all pump out, wasting alot of water and tfr  :'(

depending how high the cladding is, I normally mix tapwater/detergant into a 5ltr garden sprayer and spray it all, then connect a hose to the customers tap (if they dont have an outside tap I just use my tank with pure water in it). Then just clean as you would normally clean untill its all washed off, simple.
Never had a complaint, infact I get refferals
