I noticed an Increase in the number of call backs that we are getting. None of them are for physical cleaning, but rather things like forgetting to wipe the skirting board, not moving a bed and other stupid stuff.
I'm looking for a form that I can use to help the technicians (and myself) inspect there own work. Also we can leave this with the custy to them that we our selves have signed off the job.

if you did the job properly in the first place you wouldnt get called back......in 3 years i have had 1 call back.....
where possible i will always move a bed to one side then the other.......to clean
how on earth did you make the skirting dirty??
these are basic mistakes.........i would call you back for these same reasons.
if you took your car/porty/tm for a service....when you returned to collect it ,,it was greasy/dirty marks etc...you would complain so why shouldnt your customer??
