Info required on flyers
« on: April 15, 2008, 11:21:39 pm »
Hi All

What a great site.

I am starting my own domestic cleaning business as a sole trader and was wondering if i need to put my home address on the flyers since this is my trading address.

Personally, no I would not put my home address on a flyer, or anything else if I had the choice.
No gain to put address on, but possible losses - if you understand what I mean.

and if you are looking at a flyer supplier then take a look at these, very popular with the carpet cleaning guys

Whatever you do dont put your home address of flyers, it will only cause problems in the long run

It depends on where you live - I live in a village and the first flyers I did had only my moble number and no address but then what sets you apart from the pykies? No work from that !! Then I put the landline and my address on and things took off. The customers want to know you are local and you get loyalty from the community

hi

I think it depends on where you live - if you live in a rough part of your town then it would put customers off.
