Simplify David. Focus on what really pays and forget the rest. You work too hard and so does your missus! (you slave driver)  :)

Ewan - Want all commercial (65-70% there) invoice them and wait for money to come through.
Pain in the ar*e chasing late payers.
Pubs, hotels, councils do a good job and you keep for life.
Thanks Robbie.
Bungalows not worth getting ladders off for with travelling then chasing payment for £6-£10.
one of the guys said park van and not leave for 4-5 hours this is great work as it cuts the travelling down by so much (lost money) and petrol costs.
Paying on average £80 week for petrol at moment (3 vans)
But we are all different and work in different ways so what ever makes people happy is thye best round.
Thanks Robbie

Would love 330 jobs per 8 weeks all based on my current average prices....with about 15 of the current jobs dropped exchanged for ones I like doing...

Thats about it....am pretty happy with being a window cleaner...

Had a very slack day on 4 jobs....spent about an hour chatting with one of my custy's....today was great...

Dave.

mine would be small commercial and large, easy walk around wfp domestics with no plant pots and other bull***t dotted about. not bothered  about the split. don't mind driving between jobs as long as i'm not stuck in traffic

We are in the proccess of putting everything up at least 20 %. so we are going to see where that gets us, so far no losses.

Might try for more tommorrow lol.

Ewan

If they dont accept, i drop them unless it is good for business to keep them. Of course there is some jobs which i wouldnt want to lose, so i will be negotiable with them

I am in an excellent position at the moment with more than enough work so it gives me a great chance to weed out some of the dead wood.

the round I have right at the moment is perfect for me, all built up from around my village all my work is within the same postcode! it would only be better if I had twice as much work and if ALL people were in when I collect and all payed cash, I hate cheques! who wants to wait a week to get paid ? ;D
