tank not filling
« on: April 10, 2008, 05:00:23 pm »
hey guys,
my tank is not fillingup overnight as much as it used to and i am wondering if it might be the pre-filters that are getting clogged (they were changed last year) or could it be the r/o itself, we have had this for about 3 years now.
we use 650 ltrs per day and water in is about 30tds, water out never gets above 1.
Is there any way to tell if its one or the other.
if it is the r/o can we change filters etc or is it a new r/o
thanks
Bill

If the RO is on the way out the only thing it will effect is the reading out ie if it`s climbing, the same could be said for the pre-filters.Is it cold at night round your way,the colder it is the slower you`ll make water.
