Sounds like they would all be close together so nice and easy with them being bungalows. Usually charge around £1 per foot which would be £1296 but would give them 10 % discount for being a large job as some would probably not need anything emptied out. If they need the outside of the gutterg cleaning as well then £1.50 per foot...

regards
Mr H

How did you get the chance to quote in the first place, grounhog? Did you go to them or did they see your advert?

Hi Ian, I clean the windows of one of the residents parents, and they put me in touch with the management company. So it was just by chance really, but if I get it and it goes well I may advertise for this sort of work as I think it could be quite profitable!! I have given them a quote now, so it's just a case of waiting to see what happens. I haven't forgotten about the photos, will do it soon, it's just that it's not that local to me.

Is your quote based on what omnipol hire the kit for the day or on what Glyn Howard said commcerial users would charge (ie £1400?). I'm not asking what your uote is, just what its based on - £1 a foot etc.

Hi Ian, I don't want to give the exact amount that I quoted as I would like to post my photos of the building when I get around to taking them! and see what you and others think the price should be, so that I can compare it with the price that I came up with!! I have been quite competitive with the price though, as I am quite keen to get the job so that I can try out the omnivac and see if its worth investing in one myself!  :)
