i did this window today wfp never gave me a prob before the prob was i got a dirty big run down center of window when it dried so cleaned wole window again same thing then again same thing it looked awfull frames are spotless as always clean them so eventually gave in and bladed it . is this the rubber that is bleading? if so how can i cure it the window dosent like pure water i think they call it phobic window the ones the water bounces off in stead of sheeting any help guys

Most likely the top seal has a tiny gap, water comes in, water comes out.

I have one window on a particular house that was still causing probbs after sevaral months so i just wipe across that bit with a microfibre cloth and final rinse just below it. seems to have cured it. 8)Syd

no m8 its abig pain of window with openesr at side of it under neath opener langer opener but now opener near this window just one big PAIN

i agree with GQC,i had one that sounds very similar, no spotting ,no probs on any other windows on house just the upstairs bathroom,big run almost in the middle of the pane it took about 5 or 6 cleans to stop it but it did stop in the end.I picked up the house next door to it this week ,same design of windows ,same age and guess what yup same big run on a rear upstairs bedroom : oh well

exactly the same big run in middle of bedroom window stuck out like a sore fum had to get ladders back out couldent leave it like that for got what it was like to work of ladders  scary
