was in the same street as another wc today and found out he turns up at 7.30 ,parks on this old ladies drive ,puts her wheelie bin out,starts doing his dozen or so houses at 6quid a house then ends up at old ladies to do hers after bin men av  been to put bin back,has a pot of tay and pkt biscuits and get this he charges her 6quid for windows and 1.50 for the bin service........... would anyone else do this to an old dear??    i know it helps being abit of a bas"""" in business but this is going to the extreme i reckon.......

NO, I would charge for the windows but the bin charge is a bit much (understatment) but we dont know if he gets there at 7:30 just to get her bin out for her, if he does then I think it is fair he charges if not then IMO it is wrong.
