I'm looking at doing this Mike through these people no limit on mileage

They seem like excellent deals, and with the style of that XLCR logo, I wouldn't be surprised to find out they were linked to Lex Vehicle Leasing.
Just one very important thing to mention though. If you're looking at the leasing option for the same reasons as Mike (i.e. no heavy repair bills) beware - if you look at the type of deal they are offering by clicking on "more info", the key words are NON MAINTENANCE. That means they won't cover the cost of routine servicing or the repair cost for anything that goes wrong and isn't covered by the manufacturers warranty.
As someone who used to look after a car fleet of over 100 vehicles on contract hire, it never ceased to amaze me how many things can go wrong with a vehicle over two or three years which could be classed as normal wear and tear or, if they can't get you on that one, driver negligence or damage.
If you really want peace of mind that you won't pick up any large unbudgeted repair or serviving bills, ask them to quote you for a fully maintained lease deal. Bet they won't be too happy to stick with the unlimited mileage bit on those terms.
