Do you mean new or less than three years old.

If I was on the look out for a new van it would be the 115 Veto wont get a lot of rust problems body panels are plastic,

But on newish 112 Veto have a word with our favourite supplier he has seen my van I was still in 5th he must have drop down to 3rd on this hill.

What's the smallest van you an get a small truck mount into - perhaps without a water tank?  Has anybody tried this in a expert/scudo/ dispatch?

I have seen a truckmount in a expert at the sunny day out not sure whos van it was Maybe Mr Flynn could tell us

You may be refering to my Side Kick TM in my Blue Citreon Despatch (Basically the same as the Expert). Its a very compact set up and I crave more space. I have to take stuff out to put other stuff in, all the time.

hi there.

we run ducato, therefore transit size van.  and when we put our next van on the road in January we will again go with the same size vehicle.

you will be amazed at how much stuff we all carry.

So i would recommend that you go for the largest vehicle you can afford.

remember you dont have to fill it up all the time, but you trying putting more stuff in a smaller van than will fit in it.

Vauxhall Vivaro,long wheel base high roof,a great van and you can fit everything in it,will obviously
take a truckmount if i ever upgrade.

I have narrowed down to Citroën Relay D1100 2.0 HDi or  Renault Trafic SL27 DCi 100

Take a look at the Iveco range one of my vans is a 29L10HPI
Turning circle is better than most cars fuel econ is best in any van I have had in its range, service has been good and the price is very good.

I intend trading 2 vans shortly and will be switching over to Iveco as first option for customer builds.

Ivecos are posh tractors, trade in is very poor but are the only really good built van for TMs.

My VW Transporter was a lovely drive although I bought the 1.9 turbo diesel which was underpowered and had a turning planet not a turning circle!

If the above has been rectified I would go with a VW, I have driven and owned most Medium sized vans and I would recommend this van but do expect big dealer prices on parts as VW and Mercedes tend to be the most expensive.

Isn't it lamborghini who also make / made tractors?  Not that I'm suggesting my IVECO is a at all quick or desireable.

does anyone here lease thier vehicle fo the same lengh of time as the warrentee period then change it it for a new one as it runs out?

I was thinking of doing this so i'll never have to worry about big repair bill and I'll always have a new van
