big day dawns

did my last day in retail friday,just finished putting the last of my properties on george already for my new career starting monday
looks like i,ll have a five week round by the time i get around it .
i,ll be doing about 16 properties a day...it,s been more of a hobbie for the last 6 months
but it will be a real job from monday ,feels a bit weird but here goes

Good luck mate let me know how it goes as ill be in same position from 11th April, Van gets sign written Thursday, week later tank goes on them im off and away.

Good luck it might seem like a big step now but after a year you will look back and think it was not that bad and you will be posting on here like a pro telling everyone else how to do it  ;D

cheers fellas,ive said it in past posts i really only know what ive read on here and put into practice,from the kit i use to how to canvass and advice on buying
but from monday it,s down to me....a lot of my work is under priced so i need to put it up .Again i,ll take any advice from the forum. oh and thanks for the good luck messages

good luck mate hope it all works out for you at least youve got work ready before you packed your job in , when i left work i started with 6 but it was the best move i made .

Stockton is probably not the most lucrative of areas, very much like where we are, but you'll still do alright.

I started with 6 houses at £5 each nearly 5 years ago, now have over 1300 ranging from £5 - £600, plus one in the pipeline at £3,400 per clean 4 times a year.

stockton does have its high spots the round i built up over the last six months averaged 7.50 for 70 houses,while the round i bought is very low which leads me to believe its our own fault in this area!
