Just been to look at a factor clean customer wants 1319 square meters of concrete block paves cleaning plus price for re sanding and about 100 meters of cerbs cleaning.
Drains are good and paves are oil free and are medium dirty, gaps on paves are tight at about 1mm, jobs in shropshire.
have worked a price but just wanting others thoughts on price as usually do dommestic drives .

I have checked loads of prices for comparisons and the majority seem to charge £2.50 to clean and £3.50 to clean and sand per sq metre, they give a discount for big jobs and wether the job is bad and how long it will take, are you using a flat surface cleaner?

Nice job ,would probably quote £2500 and let them chip me a little, biggest outlay is sand and fuel, plenty of margin, good luck

Round here (I'm in Stafford), for a commercial job like this, I think you will be lucky to get any more than  £1.50 per square metre. (Plus VAT of course).

Should take 3 days including resanding so you should be on for £600ish a day... still pretty good money in my opinion.

Yes the 350 does include the sand ,with tight joints should not take to much ,the builders merchants say work on one bag per 10 sq mtrs .
Spoke to a builder who does mainly block paves he works on 15sq per bag on tight joints ,and my mate owns a builders merchants so got a very good price on sand.

Yes on my own but can call for help when needed, though if you work in a set order ie work the job out in your mind it helps no end, Best to look at a job a couple of times if its a large job more so when you havent done to many large projects

The whole sector has suffered from price wars, now no-one makes great money. in't good old days we would get well over £8 per mtr for clean, sand and seal.... glad I pulled out. Guys why not set a standard price here on clean-it. start higher and then come down to the right price. everyones a winner.
