I'm sure someone will be able to answer your question....but not me ;D
Why not carry a spare (for emergencies anyway!) Then when it dies you can work it out exactly......womens logic ;D ;D ;D

Hey Ian,

Why do you need to stay up to 1am??

I have a spare incase of emergencies, but every night I plug in my battery charger which switches to trickle charge once the deep charge is complete. Excellent charger, can highly recommend. Plug in overnight, next morning have a fully charged battery.

I did go for a smaller one originally, but it wasn't powerful enough to complete the charge overnight. I use a 110 Ah leisure battery BTW.

I finish wc at 5 ish back by 6 fill up tank for next day (dont have static till I move :'( ) then I have to take battery from van and charge it.

I have a smart charger that is great, and tomorrow I get another battery so problem solved.

but I still would like to know how many amps and hour system is using (just so I know)

Ask Andrew what the ecoflow draws, I would have thought it was very little, or see if the instructions have it on there.
Then I'll tell you the answer.

Ian.

It will all depend on what setting you have your ecoflow on. I think the max amps a 100 PSI Shurflo pump at full whack will use is about 9.

I have my flowmaster set at 3 to 4 on the dial so it's probably using about 4 amps.. haven't measured it though.

full running time (based on continual usage, i.e ecoflow average setting running 2-3 amps, on 100psi sureflo, 100ah batt) : 22.239 hours
Approx days running from 1 full charge (based on full 10hour working day, including periods without use) without significant power decrease: 4 days

here is a calculator which is quite handy

4 starts deducted for not saying about the set up you are using, 1 pump with 2 hoses, 1 pump with one hose, 2 pumps one hose( :-\) 2 pumps 2 hoses, and just to get Gerry fosters off my back 2 pumps three hoses  :-*

I have recently had a spilt charge system installed in the van and being a bit geeky...here are the results for the past 2 weeks....

Week1 (Monday started with fully charged battery)

Mon Runtime 5 hours 5 minutes, distance travelled 13Km
Tue  Runtime 4 hours 2 minutes, distance travelled 32Km
Wed Runtime 5 hours 15 minutes distance travalled 42Km
Thur Runtime 2 hours 44 minutes, distance travelled 23Km

Week2 (Monday started with fully charged battery)
Mon Runtime 3 hours 43minutes, distance travelled 47Km
Tue Runtime 6 hours 18 minutes, distance travelled 45Km
Wed Runtime 6 hours 18 minutes, distance travelled 54Km
Thur Runtime 4 hours 18minutes, distance travelled 31Km
Fri Runtime 3hours 38 minutes, distanced travelled 5Km...Hooked battery upto my indoors charger and it showed the battery to be half full.

On fridays I take the battery out of the van and charge fully...so far so good, I cannot help with amp/hour stats and the like but am pleased so far...have had a 6 1st cleans this week and I generally push the flow rate up high for these...so am pleased.

I use a pump controller so I suppose this helps with pump (100psi) usages against battery drain...Battery is a 80amp/hour leisure.

Hope this helps anyone thinking about this type of system....saves lugging the battery in and out every night....this is not very scientific but it is just my observations. ;D

Cheers
Dave.
