Sat and did this about 1 month ago with accountant and was amazed.
Wages,holiday pay,nat insurance, paye,van insurances,fuel,hp for one van, equipment,accountants ,liability/employee liability insurances + other bits and pieces.
It was helpful to understand the various cost bases and put things into reality.
Put up with alot of hassle (staffing,standard of work,sickies) at the beginning but seems to have settled down now so was worth it.
