connecting my DI vessel

on the tops of mines are threaded connections. i thought i'd be able to fit hozelock connectore but unsure now.

Yea, the standard male hoselock should screw on there no problem, if the thread is smaller then that, you just need the adaptor that screws into the male hoselock (forgot the correct name)

B&Q should do em but is there anywher eels eonline doing them cheaper. also would it not be a female connection required? as you are screwing onto a thread

If the thread is INSIDE the top, you can buy threaded adapters that have the 'male' Hoselock fitting on the other end.

If the threaded bit is itself the 'male' bit - I've no idea. Sorry.

gardiners do some pretty metal connectors for DI's

I think what you need to do is take those exsisting connectors out & fit the hoselok ones in their place. the hoselok ones have a male thread on one side & standard connector on the other. wrap the thread with ptfe tape & just screw in then nip up with spanner/grips.
B&Q or any garden center will sell them approx 2 quid each.
