HHHHmmmmm

I have obviously got a problem then, I upload everyday manually, roughly about 60 jobs a day.

Maybe i have just clogged up the system or some thing.

Go to http://www.ccleaner.com/

Install it, run the cleaner, and the registry clean.

Do a defrag of your harddrive.

How much RAM (memory) does your PC have? Vista does need a minimum of 1Gb to run smoothly.

I think i have one 1 gb ram , my computer is only 2 months old, with no other problems.

All my other programs work fine.

My pc is clean my hard drive has only used 18 gb, with no unneccessery programs.

First of all, is this problem only occurring when the details page is open or does it occur at other points when running the software?  Check this out with Paul Sanders first but maybe the best thing to do is save all your data, uninstall George, defrag the hard drive (optional) and then re-install George and all your data.
Another question is: Does this problem occur when no other software is open?  Bear in mind that some software runs silently in the background (virus checkers, firewalls etc).  Maybe disconnect from the internet (so as not to leave yourself vulnerable to attack, disable any virus checkers, firewalls etc and give it another try.

My computer is new and always kept clean.

The program opens instantly with the details page closed.

The program is also sluggish when i proccess a debt, or exit the jobs screen after i have entered the days jobs.

It is also slow when i scroll down the debts screen , jerks and freezes.

Maybe i have just got to much info in the program, like i said i have got about 4 years history in there along with at least 600 jobs, the debts screen shows over 700 seperate cleans.

I dont know how much info George can handle before it struggles.

I'm not going to get into details as I'm a bit sketchy on this myself and there are a lot of variables.  But it does sound like the same symptoms I've experienced before when a driver needs updating (usually printer).  They do sometimes have an effect on things that seem totally unrelated.  It can only affect certain software too at times.  For instance, I had what sounds like the same problem with MS Publisher but it didn't affect other software on the computer.
I suppose the logical thing to do is to backtrack on recent hardware and software installations/uninstallations and reverse what you did until things are OK.  You say it's a new computer.  Did you have the problem on the previous one?  Was George running OK until you made a recent change?
Can't be any more specific but the above are a few pointers that may (or may not) help you work out what's gone wrong and how to fix it.

You say the computer is new.  Are you running Vista?  I'm wondering is Paul S has done a version of George to run on Vista.

Just my look , just installed windowcleaningpro to evaluate it and it keeps crashing.

Does seem a bit more complicated than George to use ?
