flyer through the door

had this through the door, very cheap prices, dont think the guy will last long at all, he is underpricing himself

massive differenc ein scotland and england. the guy who doe sit ha s asquad of guys working for him on different areas. 2 guys do my area and they fly round houses traditional

the 3 bed house seems to be what everyone chargers up here! altho i am slightly more!

4 bed house seems very cheap!!! around here it can sometiimes be upto double that.

I dont see how he can price a house without actually seeing it??

I mean a typical 4 bed house may have 10 windows but what if it has a big bay double window on the front which is 3/4 ladder climbs?

Madness i would never quote without seeing a house!!

i have a business card that my missus got from a mate about 2 years ago ,it still sits on my mantlepiece and it says
CLEARVIEW WINDOW CLEANERS
HOUSES £4,BUNGALOWS £3

I think cleaning the windows is easy !...... its getting the work and pricing it right , and getting paid that is the tricky bit  :-\

It is essential to price well or it will be a struggle in the long run to make a good living, especially after taking off all your outgoings, when i started out i priced a bit low i learnt and since then i have made sure i don't undervalue myself ever!
I still find it hard work though!!

dont know mate ??? just spent 20 mins taking pics of the card to post it but cant take one good enough to read the text properly ,dont know a rob ...unless he drives a golf van and works moulton thats the only w/cleaner i have met who i dont know by name...oh and a bloke with a silver scudo (new 06 or 07 plate) who has wfp and comes from spalding ..but if thats this guy he has come a long way in 2 yrs :o

  The siver Scudo is Mark Howlett, keeps himself to himself, but is pleasant enough, don't know the bloke with the Golf, but have seen him in Moulton a couple of times.

  Can you give me a ring next week? I need a contact to pass work onto from calls in the Holbeach area, that is if you need more work. You can get me on 07747 624097 on any weekday that the weather is good for working.

He stuck one of these through my mum's house in Stafford this week. She pays £10 for  her 4 bed house and has done for the last 6 or 7 years. This bloke is too cheap. I nearly sent him a text but ......
