Pat tests
« on: February 28, 2008, 07:39:12 pm »
I am currently doing my pat tests on all of my hoovers at the moment and was wondering whether it is my responsibility to have the tests done if it is my client who is supplying the hoover.

Can anyone help?

It is your cleaner using the equipment and you have a responsibility for his/her safety, as does your client. If your equipment is not PAT tested then it should not be in use.

Responsibility lies with your client as the machine belongs to them
