I have to look at a job next week, to strip and reseal quarry tiles. Any ideas of price and what products to use to strip theses etc. Im a tiler by trade so have a understanding of sealing so any advice would be great. Thanks

What room are they located in? If it is a bath or shower room then it is not advisable to seal them.

Some Quarry tiles may be laid directly onto a soil surface, I came across this in a victorian house. If they are then the seal will not adheres

You dont seal quarry tiles.
However I did have a new build clean to do once on a house that an England (turnip) manager was buying. This had a line of about 15 quarry tiles as a mantle. From advise given at the time I used linseed oil diluted with a little amount of white spirit and buffed (by hand) that into the tiles. It done them a treat. Not sure I would avise that for a floor though.

You do seal quarry tiles, any porous tiles have to be sealed. As you mentioned on your reply about your mantle thats what you where doing sealing the tiles, linseed oil used to be used but there are alot more different products on the market theses days.
