you'd be better off starting at 11 o clock and then tweaking it once you've gone round a couple of months.
Higher flow rate means quicker jobs but you run the risk of running out of water. A lower flow rate will mean more glass cleaned but will add on more time to your working day.

If you have the tank, 2 litres or so. If you haven't 1.5. 1 is too slow really. You may as well ladder it all.

Nice 1, think im gonna go wiv the 2 litres, got a 650 tank and my static is never far away, tho last nite a customer rang saying we had flooded the back of her house ruining her laminate floor, some furniture and disclouring by some of the skirting, we did have the pumps quite high but all windows were shut and there were no vents? is this possible or is she trying a fast one cos it has never happened before?

L/min depends basically on your brush size and the size of the glass, a small brush and smaller panes do not need as much water as larger, you should have the ability to regulate flow to suit the job. Many get by with 1L/min on domestic and some less than that.

Do you actuallly need a varistream? i just use the turn-arrow valve thing on my hose connector. Does it work better? because  i never get the flow i want using 2 poles even though im using a 100psi pump which should be able to support them

ITS POSSIBLE TO HAVE LEAKED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BACK DOOR ITS UPVC AND YOU POLED IT. SOME OF THEM ARE NOT TIGHT FITTING, OR THEIR DRAIN HOLES CANNOT COPE WITH THE FLOW RATE. IF IT CAN GO WRONG IT WILL!
