I have one, hes a great customer. The first time I cleaned his house he followed me around watching it work, commenting on how good a job it was doing, he was really enthusiastic. So the next time he said he cleaned the inside and my job had really shown them up because it was so good. He just couldnt believe how abseloutely spotless they were!! He commented again on how well it gets rid of spiders and cleans the frames. I have a few wfp fans, but he is by far the best! Luke

I have a number of customers who are very pro WFP. One old lady who suprised me recently was very dubious about the pole a year ago when I took her on.
She's got a bungalow at the end of a long gravel drive. Last time I went she was my last job of the day and I couldn't be bothered to unpack all the gear so I did her trad.

She was out like a shot wanting to know what going on. She didn't want them done like that, she wanted them done properly.

One of the things that the detractors of WFP don't take into account is how quickly it has gained acceptance among the customers.

i must admit my biggest fan is an old couple, they think  wfp is brilliant, they have said to me that they think their glass stays cleaner, with out me giving them the sales pitch. also i cleaned a new customer last week, old couple, and i thought to myself when i went to see them, i m going to have trouble convincing them, but when i had finished she came out and had a look and was chuffed to bits that it had removed some marks on her kitchen window and sill that had been there for ages and she couldnt remove, so another happy convert hopefully.

Oh and I had the postan comment on wfp too. One day he came to a house I was cleaning and looked at the pole system and started laughing. He asked what it was all about so I explained and he said he would check the work the next day to see how good it was.....Anyway a few weeks later doing the job again he turns up and comments that it had done a brilliant job and he wished his wc had the same system. Then he said he has spotted me a few times with the wfp and I look alot happier now!! Luke

I suprisingly find all my older customers have taken to WFP really well

And I can only put it down to the amount of changes they have seen in there lives

Commercial airlines, internet, mobile phones, computers, TV etc etc

and they must think so what if the window cleaner wants to clean with that pole thing as long as there clean
