 can anyone tell me where to get decent books about all aspects of carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Also acailable from Woolsafe Orgabization.

Ebay has some training manuals but without going on the course you might find Prochem one hard to follow.

Not sure about Extracta one currently on there as  I have not seen origional

Someone might be able to sell you secondhand the manual which Lloyd Owens wrote some years ago, it still gives very good advice.
