Kitchen floors
« on: February 19, 2008, 12:53:59 pm »
We recently started cleaning a restaurant kitchen floor. This is our first kitchen floor we have cleaned. I have to say I am amazed at the mess we are seeing and the grease. My question is what are others doing for daily kitchen floor cleaning in a greasy restaurant? Tools, procedures, chemicals and so on. Appreciate any help.
Thanks

Hi
Can depend on the floor type, but generally scrub using brush or black pad, with a decent degreaser (alkaline based) and for best results use a wet vac to finish off
