I went through the mid life crisis 5 years ago when I was 38 and got made redundant as a Factory Manager, and yes, this can be one of the best jobs going.
You need to make sure you look after your customers as they are your life blood, especially if you live in a rural area like us and where your name becomes recognised.
I have just taken a lad on 3 weeks ago (No 11), primarily for carpet cleaning but he has also been doing a bit of window cleaning and other stuff, he tells me daily that he "loves this job", every day is different, he is out and about all over the county, there is very little pressure on him and they get paid for what they do.
