hi,i was wondering has anyone got any work from sending emails to hotels,nursing homes,builders etc or is it a waste of time

i sent lots out, nothing back, apart from one who told me where to go  :

I did the same, sat down and went through the yellow pages, googled all the local hotels and guest houses emailed them all and got one reply....... no thanks we've got one.
