Rotten Van
« on: December 02, 2004, 05:46:49 pm »
Just had my van MOTd. Ouch. Even though I have sealed the load area with two thick coats of fibre-glass filled roof sealant water has managed to seep in to the sill and there was alot of welding to be done. (I have a wfp system installed). Any one else had this problem? How did you get round it? I know I could have it Speedlinered but didn't have the cash at the time. Will do on next van maybe!

I'm just going to wait until after christmas before getting a van and upgrading to a van mount, I think I will most certainly be getting it speedlinered :o

You cant get better than having it speedlinered.
£450.00 for speedlinered or really big repair bill form garage. And you can claim your money back at the end of financial year.

Hi,
We are stockists for the Protecta Kote kits, which we have on special offer at the moment for just £60 plus P&P + VAT.  You can order on our website at http://www.andwat.co.uk/acatalog/shop.html.  If you're capable of doing it yourself, why not save over £400 on the cost of protecting your vehicle floor?

£450.00 for transit ......thats not expensive and as i said you claim it back. But i suppose if you can get a tin of coating and do your self you must have a lot of spare time to be able to do it rather than be out cleaning windows.
