has anyone got any tips on getting heavy soot stain out of a cotton 3ps and wool carpet.

Prochems ultrapac renovate. Don't vac the area normally, hold upholstery tool just over. Never used on upholstery though.

Somebody reported recently that they used the Dry Fusion System on a heavily soot-soiled carpet with stunning results. It would never have occured to me to try that, now I can't wait for the opportunity to try it.

Used Host on soot, works well on oil too
