were can you get the snap fittings for the 1/4inch valve tap the ones with the threads on you know the ones that connect to your pole hose to turn the water on and off not compleat tap just the fitting

Alex does Flojet, these have female threads.  The Shurflo has male threads.  I got mine from Cleantech

Thanks Ian, mine have plastic wing nuts on them, thought i ought to get some spare 'cos if i break one i could be up the creek....

thanks trying to find best price as just spent loads this week on the system money nerly running out  :'( ;)

Yes, we have those in stock.  Give the office a ring tomorrow and say to Kirsty that you want the EZ Snap connectors that have a male screw thread on one end and they are the type that we use on our microbore flow valves.  She'll know exactly what you mean and will give you a price for them.  I think they will be about a fiver, the same as our EZ Snap end stop with hose barbs.
