Tuesday 29 January EARLY WARNING After a wet and windy spell of weather on Thursday, it will turn much colder during Friday and Saturday with heavy snow in places. Northern and Western Scotland, Northern Ireland, Northwest England and Wales are most at risk with 10cm in places, and up to 20cm on higher ground. This is likely to lead to transport disruption. According to bbc website. I am in south and thats bad thursday and then cold and frosty, minus 3 friday and saturday.

I'm getting all excited with the thought of snow. I don't get it down here very often apart from up on Dartmoor so I may be taking in to the hills with a sledge if I'm lucky.
