Serif webplus 10 is user friendly. Tried dreamweaver but couldn't get on with it.

You could also have a look at www.starternet.co.uk it's template based but you can have a website for around a fiver

ours is publisher, have built in dreamweaver as well, and would do so again.

its really what you can get on with an use, if i remember the dream weaver manual runs to - 2 a4 lever arch files.

Dave try 1and1.co.uk, you can be up and running in an hours time!!

My last site was created using Dreamweaver and although I was gutted to lose it I've enjoyed using 1and and the service is excellent.

If anything the sponsered links at the top are a waste of time. I know for me most of the time I instantly look at the normal listings first as invariably there would be  be a cost involved. Where as the 'normal' ones would be more relevent and cost nowt. I know for services its different but generally speaking its an instinct thing where you try to ignore them.

I was thinking the same, but the stat shows that we have actually had more visits through the pay-per-click campaign than the natural listing.

we use adwords, the business that we are promoting on there, the potential customer doesnt care if  its a free listing or a paid for one.

we get a lot of hits becuase of that, and it more than pays for itself over and over

As far as rankings go..  if your website was called www.liverpool-carpet-cleaner.com, would you automaticaly get a good ranking if someone googled 'liverpool carpet cleaner?

years ago a domain name with your keywords built in did do something, big bad google got wise to that so its not important any more, 123 is great for domins but the hosting lacks and is way overpriced with features like php missing, I'd pay no more than £20 a year for hosting even with a busy cc site.
