A company in Herts of which I already clean their office windows are shortly moving to new much larger premises and have asked me to quote for the window cleaning so they can set their budget. The existing office is approx 20 standard windows and two sets of double doors,which I charged £45 for outside only and £90 inside and outside which was done every 2 months.
The new premises is 80 standard windows eg 1mt x 1/2 metre and two sets of double doors. My partner works for the company so am well in there,but want to quote a fair price. I am traditional by the way. Any help is appreciated.

I shouldn,t respond but here goes  ...if they are already happy with yr price and service what you are telling us that there are four times as many windows so x it by four if you think it may be a little high lower it a bit cos there aint no friends in business and if they think you may be on the dear side they will get another quote...the decision is yours

Well, sounds to me like your existing price is about £2.00 a window, as I understand it thats an extremely healthy price.

If there are 4 times the amount of windows maybe not the rice in at £140.00; 160 windows easy do it in a day, its commercial so can be done in almost any weather, you know their payment schedule, what more is there to it?
