why do they have this type of brush what are the advantages to this over a normal brush i have this type of brush but have never tried a flat one but mine has about had it now so i just wanted to know if there is any advantage over the normal brush and in theory what difference is it suposed to mke

Developed by Tucker USA to clean 6-12 monthly jobs and give them a good scrub with heavy alu poles,the tips splay and the inner section scrubs, probably the best on the market at what they do, but a bit heavy. Copied by many over here. Helps keep the glass cool under the working area at 40 degrees, they also do a sponge centre to do this.

so the ionic one i got the same as luke is the best brush there is for all type of work monthly 6 monthly ect ect so i am best of getting another then the thing is i bought this one from ebay so were can i get another duel trim from ionics?or were

Ionics make their own interpretation of it. As do Omni If it says Tucker on the label then thats what it is. But it is heavy. Call by the Tucker stand at Windex to see their fullest range available.

The 11 inch one weighs around 200g , so twice the weight of a Bentley but half the weight of a Vikan, Luke

The Ionics brush is that good? I like the idea of half the weight of the Vikan.

3) course bristle for stone, brick etc.
The bristles are made by Dupont

A Tucker brush head is lighter than an Ionics commercial brush head. Omnipoles brush head is lighter than a tucker and allows more water through as it has less bristles but is more floppy and doesn't scrub as good in my opinion
