who ate all the pies
« on: January 22, 2008, 08:14:35 pm »
Well hear it is
the real down side to wfp, :(

Since going over to wfp in June 2006 i have now put on nearly a stone in weight
Fat or what :-[
and for the first time today have admitted to myself that if i had to go back to the ladder , I think my face would be 2" away from the glass when i finally got to the top, certainly on the triple ladder work, :'(
20 odd years up a ladder, retained fireman for 7 and now unsure of my own capability's

On the up side

I can now clean windows until I'm eighty!!!
something to look forward too i suppose  ???

This is why i have joined a gym this week and started swimming because i am putting weight on and wfp does take it out on your body so i think its important to keep fit for those later years working, or we might just be getting old ;D

Andy did you get my email in december?

Just work a little faster and you'll soon take the weight off,  I tend to knock the door first and by the time they answer I'm done  8)
