Canvassing in the rain

Do you canvass in the rain? Doesn't it put them off - if they think you'll canvass in the rain might mean that you work in the rain?

I canvass in both but try and make sure its not in the rain, but if I have no choice I don't mind. I clean in the rain anyway so if they don't like that I don't want them as customers. It is much better to canvass in the dry/sun but I've been very succesful in the rain too, Luke
