they look good but what use is that?  I'm a firm believer in making your ..... errr....equipment, look good as it has the knock on effect of making you feel a lot more professional but surely the price is ott, you could buy a decent van and system for that money

looking professional is good, but at 5k more expensive for a set up from another comapany, I could have a plastic kit to my own design installed to the tank cage for alot less money. I aint knocking there system as it look great, price not so, some say you pay for what you get I have done alot of home work on this, and all use most of the same parts, some have a better sales pitch, there is another company that is worse for this .  :-X

i take it hot water systems are the best as they will remove more dirt than a cold system. whats the  basic info on these systems and who all sells them or the parts for them to make your own

Aztec,
Very good question, who has got a concept o2 system?

There used to be a sticky post at the top of the ciu forum about this. Mike Boxall the CIU sponsor and express cleaning owner has some kind of tie in so they are a highly reputable company.
A lot/(some) of people think their hot system is the best that money can buy. I think that, but I am not an expert.

From what I understand the hot system includes an LPG type tank conversion to feed the heater. If you had this done yourself it would be expensive, and there are exacting requirments to meet.

I believe that an infinity26i with a powered flue is used to heat the water. This is state of the art with a digital thermostat.

You get what you pay for. This is the best.

But.... your question stands, who has got a concepto2 system?

if I am right and I could be wrong express owner and ciu owner Mike is an agent/area seller or what ever you want to call it for concept20. this may have changed by now I dont know. I have had a system demo of this, looks the part for sure. price wise  :-\

If you don't get any info from the people you want it from- and I would very much like to hear it too- I will give you my thoughts, and bring you up to what I think is speed on this subject in general.

Most people who look at these issues miss the whole point. A fully armed 02 is an undoubted money machine that can run two reels at hot and fly through work. The marketing impact is also a consideration. Running costs are markedly lower than diesel.

A retro fit for a hot diesel system is £2,500, but the higher running costs need to be considered

The Concept system is by far the best hot water one on the market. I think the Ionics one takes around 30 mins to heat up where this one is instant. It's pricey but its usually bigger companies who buy them so it's not that much of an issue. And they look awesome!

They are manufactured in Wales so presumably the majority are over there? I looked at one at Express Cleaning in the Malverns and it really was the biz. Not really the thing for a sole trader doing domestic but ideal for big commercial work where maybe image is more important. Too pricey for me but then so is Ionics.

Ive got the 450ltr omnipole, cant fault the system or the company, they know what they are on about, they have a w/c business, so practice what they preach.
