While not against the law, "shill" bidding as its called ( bidding on your own item ) is against ebay policy and can mean you are removed, Luke
no fees if you mutually withdraw from the sale
alot of private forums have a forum setup for this sort of thingim on a forum that has roughly 100 people who all have ebay accounts, it goes on all the time , a shame really, as ebay is now just a global marketplace and not the place it started out ason the note of ebay, i was offered the EXACT same code for a auction site many years ago on 1 of my sites, this was before ebay was big, i turned it down
looks like he didn't take our advice on here.he's put a little bracket at either end of the tank - whats that gonna do??Plus I don't like the whole idea of a merlin in a van, its a decent enough ro unit but not for on site production, surely a 4040makes more sense?
yeah but the prices this joker is looking he should be fitting a 4040 as standard.merlin - 2502 x 10inch housings (ro-man) - 20stainless steel 4040 housing (gapswater) - 1654040 membrane (gapswater) - 217sediment filter (wintecs) - 1.17carbon filter (wintecs) - 3.504040 total - 406thats 156quid more for a stainless steel 4040, hardly a lot considering what he wants for fitting which works out about 1100quid!
