Hi Tony.

The meeting went OK.

Although they said they wanted the insides doing every month - thats 53 bedrooms + plus all the other windows!!

I don't have a problem with the outsides ( although as Dave said, some of the paint looks a bit suspect), and I figured 2 days work on my own and I would have the outside done. But, there's no way I want to do the insides on my own too.

The manager said there's currently a ' gang' of 7 that come do them, but they don't clean the outside windows above the first floor.

I'll put a quote in, but it's going to a high one, as I  really don't want the insides.
