Had my first genuine (ie, not moaning about muck on the inside when I havent touched the inside) complaint today, since using WFP.

Very loyal customer rang me up and said her windows looked terrible, and could I come and have a look?  She lives in a small bungalow, but I WFP anyway, as its with a block of larger work that I already have the gear out for anyway.

Went inside and she was right! They looked TERRIBLE. Like a years worth of muck had just been thrown at the windows. Only cleaned them last night, and the problem was only really at the front of the house... so I'm guessing the problem was wind.... did them just before the gales got going last night, so the only thing I can assume is that they hadnt dried properly, and the dust that blew into the windows stuck in the water and dried bad?

Has anyone else had this problem? Or is there something more sinister going on? It isnt my TDS.... it was far too bad for that, and I've just checked it tonight and its only at 2ppm (I feel a resin change coming on).

some days  i decide not to work when its windy because i reckon the same thing will happen,
surprisingly ive had lots of houses that are allot dirty er on the inside that the outside with no complaints, theyre horrible smudged up spiderwebs, i cant see how they notice the outside clean when its not clean inside.

hi, wether it's 2 or 22 keep it 0. other wise it's harder  to eliminate probs.

had a similar thing happen a few weeks ago. been cleaning this house for months with WFP. then customer rang me to say they were terrible, and they were!
however her house is on top of a hill right where they are building a new road. so my theory is the dirt on the windows was the dust blown onto them whilst they were still wet. the windows had orange streaky marks on them, very similar to the colour of the clay/dirt they had been digging out for the new raodway..........or thats what im going to blame anyway cos ive never done a bad job  :

Strange aint it..... I've got a few like that, and some with seals that are so badly bust, you can barely see through the windows for condensation!

True.... is the resin the first thing to change? Or pre/post filters?

I did my own 2 days ago, this morning they were quite poor with blotches all over the glass, they were all ok the day before but the wind and rain got up so had to be that

about 4-5 months old. the other month the tds went up to 7 over night
changed the resin went straight back down to 0.

A lot. Had mine about 5 months too. Whats the best resin to use.... or is it all the same?

Too right. I guess if rains not a problem then wind has to be.... cant have it too easy can we now? Long time no speak anyway mate, how you getting on with that Chester work? Just finished Waverton today. Prices still need putting up! LOL!

i checked a couple of jobs i did yesterday they were terrible i prusume it was cause of the bad winds we had last night round here, which means all my jobs will be bad from that day?
we will just have to see

chester is still going ok i had a lad working for me but now on my own again
so i have gone to every 6 weeks prices still the same letters going out
april so will see how it goes,   thanks for putting work my way, hows things with you

sry I may corrected 
but heres the twist did your Boss tell you that she cleaned them after dark knowing for the next 2 weeks you would not be there...........  just a thought

Thanks to the pole, there is a rather large gap in my books.... Yeh I've noticed.... good stuff... they've only just started to be occupied, so with Christmas out of the way now might canvass again. Looking forward to it
