PRESSURE PROBLEMS!!!
« on: January 09, 2008, 05:47:51 pm »
I have a ro man 300 gpd in the garage fitted 3 months ago and everything has been fine pressure wise sitting at around 50 psi(think its psi).

The last few days the pressure has dropped to 25 and its a struggle getting enough water for the day.

The missus says she has noticed that she has to turn the tap on full to get anything decent out now.

Mate says its a legal requirement for the water pressure to be at a certain level or above does anyone know anything about this or has any one had the same problem or should i complain to the water board.

i have the same 300gpd system and the pressure is quite low here, making about 200litres in 24hours so its pretty slow! im not sure what the pressure is though id say about 30-40psi

if it is overal pressure even in taps in house there may well be a leak, I would contact the water company and get them to check and quickly if you are on a meter.
