I would suspect that the TCS machine is a rebadged something else. Find out the original manufacturer then you can obtain their bags (or pattern jobbies)

Safe and happy vaccing :)

Paul, Ken will almost certainly be correct  - it will be a rebadged something.
Does it look like the model shown on the Texarterm website?
That is a Sebo 360 rebadged.
If it is a Sebo then you can get bags very easily, Sebo UK themselves or Ebay or a supplier like Solutions UK.
Post a photo on here - someone may recognise it. I dont recognise the words "tvt 40" and I suspect Ken does'nt either and since you posted at 4.50pm yesterday and had no positive response may mean others dont either.

Looking on the Tex website, I'd agree with Joe that it looks amazingly similar to a Sebo BS 36 or 46 bag. These are top fill bags. Look at the machines at www.sebo.co.uk or the bags at http://www.sebo.co.uk/store/erol.html (not a great image of the bags)

Safe and happy cleaning :)
