What does the guarantee involve? Do you do a free clean if theyre not happy? Is there a time limit? Just intrigued really, as I've worked through a couple of rain storms this week and the windows have still looked great. Thinking about doing something similar myself

I have a rain guarantee that I give with all my quotes.  It's simple:  We work in most weathers, but if there's a problem caused by working in the rain, call us within 48 hrs and we'll return and clean them again free of charge.

We've never been called back because of rain.

I give 24 hours after I have cleaned if they is a problem I go back and fix it free of charge, I dont give a free clean because there is never every window with a problem, I sort out any problems thats all, it gives them peace of mind. I have not had a call back.

Well.... thought I'd give it a try this morning, was raining... but not massively hard. First house I came to, woman pops her head out the door and says "is it worth it doing them?"..... I told her yes, it was, and that it would be fine. Any problems let me know within a day and I'll return free of charge to sort them. Been sunny weather all afternoon so they should've dried by now. Will see what happens!

The next 3 houses I did, noone was in, but the weather was the same..... worse, in fact.... but after that the sun came out and dried the windows and I went back to have a look.... all perfect!  Now dont get me wrong, I was DRENCHED.... but made myself £60 while it was raining so am not complaining

surely if its raining and windy, the dust will blow onto the droplets and when it dries, bang go your guarantee as the droplets will leave the dreaded circles.

We do a rain guarantee as well..... only been called back once.... it's a good selling point to a custie, gives them security. Like I said, you really don't get any come backs.

Bod, you ain't that far from me (beccles area) and dust is a problem round our way during dry weather but when the ground is damp like nowadays, i've not had any problems.
It's been well gusty today and i wouldn't have gone out if it was summer, but damp ground, no dust.

Hiya bod, no i don't. I work as far as mettingham on the beccles rd and that's it. I have gone into bungay a couple of times to clean a con roof but have told them on phone it's a min £25 charge increasing by size.
I have been asked a couple of times by one of my custies but i don't enjoy working towns.
