leafleting and canvassing
« on: January 07, 2008, 04:10:12 pm »
hey everyone ive read alot on here about the different ways of getting work and i was just wondering if the best way is to leaflet an area/estate, maybe 500 leaflets, then go back over the next week concentrating on that area knocking on doors and then go to the next area/estate.

thanks

i found leaflet dropping to be quite good
i also offer a 20% discount for the first clean if they return the flyer  subject to a regular cleaning schedule of course i do this because every customer gained adds a minimum of 3 times that amount to the value of your buisness..... try it , it works for me

That is the best way fella,
A mate of mine has nearly 400 customers and has taken him 4years through referals
The last 50 he has got were in the last 2 months and are in a concentrated area and that was through door knocking

I have built up 80% of my work through leafletting then door knocking.
In the last 3 months I have got a tidy round coming along.

Go for it it is not hard
also make a note of note at homes and houses for sale.
Regards J

Try posting some down the streets you work, that way it keeps all your work compact
