DOWN SIDE TO SIGN WRITTING

Got home today , £75 fine for going over the free parking limit in toys r us , nice little pics of my van in and out of the car park , how can i argue with that , crimbo eve an all !   :'( :'( :'(

If you were in the store all that time, then dispute it with them. If you were using the car park as free parking, then grin and bear it.  ;)

No private organisation can issue "fines".  These are the prerogative of the legal system and central and local government.  If Toys 'R' Us want to follow it up, they'll have to take you to court.  But can you be bothered with the hassle? :-\

Makes me wonder how it is, aparently, that stores like Te$co can use ANPR to enforce parking charges in thier car parks?
