Hello Steve,

just watched your vid on utube. Why do you only scrub half a pane of glass at a time on the larger panes of glass whilst scrubbing. It's quicker to wash/scrub the whole pane (vertically) in one go because it saves work and time. No offence intended, just trying to help you :)
I like your ladderless window cleaning picture on utube. Is there anychance I could use that pic for leaflets I sometimes leave customers if you have no objections in emailing it for my use.
My heater draws the fuel straight from a jerry can and I've had no problems. The only frustrating problem I've had is the battery they fitted was too small, and I was running out of usable amps daily, so I replaced it with a 110 amp battery instead.
What warning light comes on with your unit?
Hi Wayne
Think its just habbit cleaning the windows like that do short movements to start then usally full lenght scrub to finish ;) .Had problems this morning with heater Flame out warning light came on just like it has been doing so i was thinking maybe fuel pump in heater not working . After a bit of tinkering wen i got home i had it running for about 50 mins ( longest ever not even done a hours running time yet ) . Then voltage light came on so iv gone out and got a 110 amp battery . Hope that is enought to run two pumps and heater for the day its on a split charge so should be. As regards my logo if you look after it and dont pass it on i will let you use it. what format do you want it in

Hi Steve, I would 95% guess that the reason you are getting flame out light come on is because of the lack of charge (amps) in your battery, NOT the fuel pump. The heater unit draws 6.5 amps an hour when running. Add on 14-16 amps for your 2 pumps per hour and you have a max of 22.5 amps an hour being drawn, multiplied by the number of working hours. Remember, the heater unit has a minimum and maximum voltage it will work at before it cuts out and shuts down which is an automatic safety feature to prevent damage to the unit.
I have my 110 amp battery which runs 1 or 2 pumps from the split charge relay. My heater unit is run from a second 110 amp battery (solely for the heater), which is linked by 2 heavy duty cables (pos to pos & neg to neg) so it remains 12v not 24volt.
I try whenever possible, to recharge/maintain both batteries overnight to a full charge  to prolong the life of the batteries as well, despite having a split charge relay fitted.
I use 2 intelligent battery chargers, (one to each battery), so that it doesn't overcharge the batteries, because they trickle charge the batteries when almost fully charged and switches on/off as required to maintain a full charge, so I have no worries about leaving the battery chargers ON inside my van when I'm off to bed and unplug the extension lead before I go to work in the mornings.

Regarding your logo: is it possible to email it to me: (easycleanwayne@msn.com) in JPEG format. It is for my use only and you have my word I won't pass it on to anyone else no matter how persistent they may be :)

Sorry to go off topic L.J but the thread went sideways long ago.

I haven't really been here alot lately so must have missed out on the hot water craze  ??? I just have 1 question, how much does it cost to have a 650L tank hot? I can't imagine it's cheap, so how much lads? Forget the equipment, cost per day for a full 650L hot in whatever fuel you are using.

Cheers lads...
