so does that actually mean;

£18k basic - with no overtime or bonuses etc..

but earn up to

£25k - with overtime + bonuses etc..

No, it doesn't. ::)

There's no basic, overtime or bonus.  As Ian says, he pays a percentage.  That means you get a percentage of the value of work you actually do.

If you are "on target" then you are doing what the employer considers to be a reasonable amount of work and the earnings figures quoted are what you would earn at the lowest and highest levels of work achieved.
