It didn't seem slow but is obviously half built.

I've managed to get to the top of search engines by lots of reading and experimenting,  and I'm 46 and in no way a computer geek.

think perhaps the problem is
that when you have created this page
you should have indicated to let the text load whislt the images are downloaded.
saying that it didnt appear to bad to me when i clicked on the hyperlink
